What happens when a teacher doesn't show up for their lessons?

TEACHER NO-SHOWS
  • If a teacher no-shows on a SINGLE STUDENT, that teacher won't see any new students on their schedule for at least 1 month.
  • If a teacher no-shows for a DAY, then that teacher won't see any new students on their schedule for at least 3 months.
Please understand that this is very difficult for me.  I like the idea of management through reward and opportunity not penalty.  Any teacher who has been at Plymouth School of Music a while can attest to the fact that I like to give teachers all the room in the world and really want each teacher to basically see their teaching as being in business for themselves with PSoM being partners.  We are developing a FANTASTIC reputation at this school because of the amazing, inspiring and FUN teachers.  Our customer service staff is second to none!  Everywhere I go (including going to the grocery store) I run into people who know about our awesome reputation.  Let's do all we can to keep this moving in the right direction by being absolutely the most reliable school there is as well.
