When should you tell the school about a student who did not show up to his/her lesson?

Report Two CONSECUTIVE no-shows and NEW STUDENT no-shows every night via phone or email
  • Please report all first lesson (New Student) no-shows.
  • With regular enrolled students we only need you to let us know when they have no-showed 2 times in a row.
This will give us time to contact your students prior to their next lesson so you don’t have another no-show the following week. Please report all of these together at the end of each teaching shift. We cannot pay teachers for more than two no-shows in a row unless the Teacher calls the office to let us know so we can contact the student to see if they are still wanting to be enrolled.
