What is the best way to keep your students coming back to lessons?

Always be friendly and outgoing. Think about the attitude of the baristas at Starbuck’s. They are always “upbeat.” This is no accident This could be the single most important part of keeping students coming back to lessons week after week.  And if they keep coming back, they WILL learn to play! Also, don't forget to say hi and smile to people in the lobby who are waiting for other teachers. And there’s more that you can do...

Help with the student of the month articles. We do have quarterly newsletters that we send out via email and hard copy 3 times a year where we feature students of the month. We ask that teachers take a picture on their cell phones, and fill out a short interview to be returned to the director.
