Lesson Cancellation & Makeup Policy
1. Lesson Cancellations:
-All cancellations must be made through the Student Portal in Opus.io (button at the bottom of this page).
-Use your email to log in. First-time users may be asked to create a password.
-Do not create a second profile — this will erase makeup credits.
-Cancel at least 24 hours in advance to earn a makeup credit.
-Late cancellations (under 24 hours) and no-shows will not generate a credit.
2. Makeup Lessons:
-The school does not schedule makeups.
-Families must book them directly in the Student Portal (Opus.io).
-A makeup credit is required and will show in your account after a valid cancellation or teacher absence.
-Credits expire 60 days from the cancellation date.Makeup times depend on availability and may differ from your regular lesson time.Maximum of 2 active credits at one time.
